Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary / Benefits: £28,000 - £36,000 + benefits + training
Level of experience - Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Legionella Risk Assessor / Plumber

Our client is a well-established Legionella/Water treatment company, who strive to provide high quality services to various clients within, Healthcare, Local Authority, Education and Retail sectors within the Southeast.
Applications will be considered from - Bromley, Bexleyheath, Croydon, Maidstone, Orpington, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Sidcup, South London, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells.
Experience & Qualifications
" Will ideally hold NVQ L2 / L3 in plumbing.
" Must hold strong knowledge of the Legionella/Plumbing/Water Treatment industry.
" Must hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
" Proficient working with Microsoft office.
" Must hold good Woking knowledge of Health and Safety legislation with regards to water services.
The Role
" Conducting Legionella risk assessments and plumbing duties to a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Dealing with closed systems, TMVs, Chlorination, cleaning, disinfection, and water sampling.
" Finding faults and diagnosing problems efficiently.
" Signing off and completing checks in relations to plumbing works.
" Completing schematic drawings, documents, and reports for clients.
" Providing clients and customers with recommendations and prices for works.
" Ensuring all works is carried out in line with current Health & Safety legislations.
" liaising and building working relationships with clients.
" liaising with collages to ensure that works are being completed on time.
