Matching staff solutions is hiring **Administrator role** in **Barry**. We are looking for experienced Administrator to join the team for temporary basis. For more information, please get in touch with us.

- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handling queries on call and face to face, collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Sending follow up letters related to enquiries, scanning and filing.
- Previous office experience using administrative office systems and practises is required.
- Microsoft Excel being a strong point.
- Ability to work under own initiative, organise, plan, and prioritise work.
- Manage different tasks at a same time.

**Shift Time: -**
- Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05.00pm
- Temporary contract
