**Business Analyst
Warrington - Hybrid**
**Salary: £38,000 - £45,000**

Working in amongst the IT and Systems department of a Network, and Telecoms company, this Business Analyst position will be in a fast paced environment, where you will be adept at working across multiple projects and programs all at the same time, completingend-to-end business analysis where appropriate.

You should have great organisation skills as you plan your time between projects, prioritising projects/ programs that need to be completed within certain deadline. Along with standard IT and systems familiarity, it would be great to have worked with CRMand ERP Transformation, adding to the variety and challenge of the role.

You will interact closely with stakeholders, as you manage expectations and gather requirements, completing reports, documentation and presentations.

**What You Will Do**
- Perform E2E Requirements analysis and documentation management
- Engage with business SMEs to understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements
- Provide an interface between the business areas and project teams throughout the life cycle
- Review and sign off on implementation plans where appropriate

**Role-specific knowledge and expertise**
- Minimum of 6-8 years IT / Business You have a track record of success in working on multiple projects including complex deliverables within a commercial or IT environment
- Experience in business analysis
- Self-motivating, methodical and good initiative
- Business process modelling,
- Information models development
- Ideally experience in delivery in the telecoms industry.
- Experience working with On-shore and off-shore delivery teams
- Exposure on latest COTS products available in market is preferable;
- Ideally have experience of Agile delivery (Scrum or safe)
- Any Business / Process Analysis Certification desirable
