**WHAT WE DO**

We employ a rigorous mathematical approach to strengthen our trading portfolios with new products and markets. Teams of traders, quantitative researchers and technologists collaborate to develop models and implement systematic strategies. As a quantitative researcher, you work with traders and developers to design and back test strategies across various asset classes as well as developing quantitative valuation model to monitor and manage portfolio risk.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are looking for entrepreneurial risk takers with STEM-related degrees to join our growing trading team. You need to have strong desire to learn about financial and economic concepts and passion for solving challenging problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience from buy
- or sell-side
- Experience or keen interest in Delta One products, ETFs, Options and/or Cryptocurrencies
- Proficiency in Python and quantitative analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good English skills.
- Flexibility to support non-EU shifts on a temporary basis when needed.
