**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and serve beverages to guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
- Must be at least of age

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
