Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) are urgently recruiting for a **warehouse/production clerk** to join their clients in **Stourbridge**.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Print out works orders in relation to the plan and update the plan accordingly.
- Creation of pallet sheets and printing of item labels.
- Printing picking documents.
- Keep track on works orders and their progress and report on them once complete.
- Report to the Production Controller any problems with production i.e no stock, missing stock, breakdowns etc.
- Investigate with team leaders as to why works orders are short/over and be able to provide detailed reasons.
- Report any stock movement errors to the relevant people.
- Book in deliveries to customer and arrange transport as required.
- Assist in all other areas of the operations as business requirements demand

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- General standard of education
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- A tidy and organised approach to work
- Willing and flexible in carrying out work duties assigned
- Flexible approach to working hours and prepared to work overtime on occasions
- Information Technology - computer literate in the use of Office Systems, e.g. Microsoft Office word processing, spread sheets.
- The role requires a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise workload, keeping to deadlines and disclosure requirements

**Working hours**:Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 3.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)

**Pay rate**: £10.42

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
