We’re hiring for a Service Desk AnalystThe service desk team has a significant impact on colleagues across all parts of the organisation and provides cultural leadership through demonstrating Brandon values and behaviours.

You will: Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience providing support in a similar role

Have a good understanding of Microsoft products;
- Operating Systems (Windows 10) - Office Applications (Word, Excel) - Online Products (Office 365) - Communication tools (Skype, Outlook) - Cloud technologies

Have excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

An ability to remain calm and professional when working under pressure

Be an enthusiastic and motivated team player

Have a flexible approach

Be able to demonstrate Brandon values and behaviours A positive approach towards working with people with learning disabilities

Your responsibilities:Process support tickets as assigned to your queue to meet expected service level agreements by:
Creating and amending staff computer records (Active Directory) as required by the business

Installation and support of staff printing to set up and re-deployment of company devices

Creation and amendment to network folders and their permissions

Mobile phone support Service Desk Analyst

Accurate entering of all information, as defined by IS process and compliance into the service desk

Call outs to Brandon sites as required
