Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Computerise data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain QuickBooks records and assist with financial documentation
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Type documents, reports, and other materials as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: £16,515.00-£19,044.00 per year
