Job Description: Sales Negotiator

A Sales Negotiator in the Real Estate Industry is responsible for managing the buying and selling of properties in the local market. The main job responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator in the Real Estate

Industry at London may include
- Generating leads and establishing contact with potential clients, such as property buyers and sellers.
- Conducting viewings of properties and negotiating deals between buyers and sellers.
- Providing advice to clients on property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals to clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners such as mortgage brokers, surveyors, and solicitors to facilitate the sales process.
- Ensuring that all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met during the sales process.
- Managing client relationships and maintaining regular communication with them to ensure their needs are met.
- Conducting market research and providing feedback to senior management on market trends and client preferences.

The Sales Negotiator in the Real Estate Industry at London should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of local real estate markets, and the ability to negotiate effectively. They should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have strong organizational and time management skills. In addition, a good Sales Negotiator should have a keen eye for detail, be able to multitask and have a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
