Care Assistant Residential Home

Medhurst requires a Care Assistant with the relevant experience and holding a minimum level 2 qualification.

Responsible for carrying out all assessed care needs to individuals in a dignified and respectful way under the supervision of Seniors.

To always uphold the code of professional practice and standards. treat every person as individuals. To support and maintain a safe environment whilst supporting independence.

To be observant and respond to any changes in residents condition or needs. to be observant and practice confidentiality.

To maintain your practice and take part in all training offered.
