**About the role**:
Our client is looking for a temp to perm maintenance joiner to join their estates team in Redcar.

**Duties**
- Inspection of all the fire doors on the site and carry out repair works to these.
- Joinery repairs
- Door Ironmongery( door closures, locks, fittings etc..)
- Flooring
- Roof repairs
- Furniture & equipment assembly and repair
- Window repairs & replacements
- Periodic inspection of fire doors, panic bars
- Installation and fixing of all types of ceilings

**The Person**
- You must be times served
- NVQ level 2
- You must have commercial maintenance experience
- Clean UK Driving licence
- DBS required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £29,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redcar: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (required)
- Commercial maintenance: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Time served joinery apprenticeship (required)
- Joinery NVQ level 2 (required)
