**Job Title: PMO Administrator Assistant**:

- **Location: Sunderland - Fully office based. Travel may be required.**:

- **Salary: £30,000**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Project Management team within a busy and growing organisation. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting in admin tasks required to support a large multi-site team ensuring client and internal requirements are met.

You must be able to communicate with all areas and at all levels of the company and develop strong working relationships with your key stakeholders. You will work with key business areas group wide to effectively deliver your goals.

**Main Duties**:

- Provide support to the PMO team, Director of Corporate Governance and to the wider Project teams.
- Set up all new approved projects in the project reporting tool, create folders on MS Teams, set up timesheet codes ready for the project to start. Initiate the project start up calls with the Project Manager to make sure they have everything they need.
- Assist PMO team training by coordinating training courses for the team.
- Support PMO in by organising meetings, booking meeting rooms and taking meeting minutes.
- Supporting PMO in building presentations for internal training courses, project meetings and senior management meetings.
- Governance Reporting - Reporting on Programme/Project/Change performance, time, cost, and quality of PM/BA adherence, e.g., Timesheets; Status Reports, Lessons Learned.
- Awareness and adhering to certain industry standards such as ISO 9001 /2 ISO 27001 accreditations.
- To assist and roll out any Best Practice improvements to the PMO Team.
- Support developing project rules, processes, and workflows.
- Support Project Officer and Analysts with any data analysis required for PMO MI reporting.
- Administration of a range of tools used for running our processes, e.g., Project Reporting processes, Governance intranet site, Excel Trackers, and any other software systems the business use.
- Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
- Assist the diary management of the PMO Managers, Project Officer and Director of Corporate Governance which could include arranging travel for both UK and overseas.

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills and have experience in using MS excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Organised and methodical with attention to detail.
- Strong reporting / writing skills, e.g., numeral, process/procedural.
- Project management experience.
- Experience of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, PowerBI & Excel, would be beneficial.
- A PRINCE 2 foundation level or Agile Scrum qualification, would be beneficial.
