**Creative Content Writer - Leeds (office based - 5 days per week) - £35,000 - **Beauty**

We are seeking an innovative Content writer to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence across various social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising, writing, and ideating engaging text and video content for the core brands websites and social accounts cross TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop captivating and on-brand content ideas for a range of social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and videographer team to bring your content ideas to life, ensuring a seamless blend of visuals and text.
- Craft engaging, witty, and informative short-form copy that resonates with our target audience.
- Ideate and script video concepts that align with current beauty trends, brand identity, and platform best practices.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, beauty innovations, and social media developments to infuse fresh ideas into content.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, tone, and style consistency, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor content performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
- Stay attuned to audience feedback and comments, engaging with followers and fostering a sense of community.

**Qualifications**:

- Min 3+ years proven experience in content writing for social media, preferably in the beauty or fashion sector.
- Exceptional creativity, with the ability to generate unique and attention-grabbing content ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in understanding platform-specific requirements and trends for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social media channels.
- Familiarity with video scripting and storyboarding techniques is a plus.
- Adept at using analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Passion for beauty products, trends, and the ability to translate them into relatable content.
