Hunters’ client is a fun and successful creative company that ships items to worldwide destinations. A shipping co-ordinator with people and team-building skills is required to assist with the management of all global shipments to meet company deadlineswith the most efficient and cost effect freight solution. The shipping coordinator will assist with negotiation with freight forwarders to provide best in practise freight solution.

**Shipping Coordinator - duties**
- Plan container shipping scheduling based on PO stock availability, delivery deadlines and final delivery destination
- Managing daily queries from nominated freight forwarder on a day-to-day basis
- Supply accurate data for KPI’s and reporting

**Shipping Coordinator - what we are looking for**:

- Detailed knowledge of Navision and other IT platforms (Adobe Pro) would be desirable
- Negotiation and reporting skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excel Skills
- Far East shipping would be useful
