Our Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for a Junior Pensions Project Administrator to join our vibrant office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in an office based role where they have gained knowledge and experience of MS Office products, particularly Word and Excel.

**The Team**

Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do. Our services include scheme administration, first-time outsourcing, member communications and scam protection.

**The Role**
As a Junior Pensions Project Administrator with XPS you will
Assist the project team with planning, organising, and executing projects.
- Prepare and update project documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance.
- Resolve or escalate project issues and risks.
- Conduct research and analysis as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the project manager and the project team.

**Your profile**
- English and Maths grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Located within an easy commute of our Perth office.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- This role would likely suit a school leaver with 1-2 years office experience, or someone who has recently graduated.
