An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Innovation and Improvement Advisor to lead and support a range of high profile programmes and projects in Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership. This post will support Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership, working with NHS Forth Valley and Falkirk Council to deliver organisational priorities, with a particular focus on approaches that add value to the services that we provide.

NHS Forth Valley, working with our H&SCPs and West of Scotland Regional Planning, is also a Test Bed for health and care innovation.

These areas of work require passionate and experienced individuals confident to lead and support improvement in a complex system. We are looking for well motivated people, educated to degree level or equivalent training in improvement science or have equivalent extensive practical experience of supporting innovation and improvement programmes. You will need to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

You must have experience of working in health and care and evidence of considerable experience in innovation, service improvement and change management in large complex organisations. You will be expected to work at locations across Falkirk.

You will be required to evidence improvement expertise and programme management experience including the analysis of both qualitative & quantitative data. Reporting progress is also key and producing reports to a high standard is essential.

We are looking for creative thinking and innovation skills, particularly in multi-agency and whole systems and ability to challenge the norm and test assumptions of others to develop new ideas and ways of working.

**You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
