**Head Housekeeper**

Your role would be to successfully oversee the entire housekeeping operation and small team on a daily basis, maintaining the highest level of care and service to all hotel guests.
Passion and service is integral to everything we do at Andover House.

**_Main duties_**
- Manage, motivate and develop individuals within the team to enable them to meet standards.
- Ensure adequate cover to ensure consistent service.
- Provide day to day direction and support to the housekeeping team.
- To anticipate any guests needs, follow up and ensure that the guests expectations are met.
- Be reliable and flexible in your working hours.
- Coach individuals within the team to build on their performance.
- Carry out regular bedroom checks and report any details as required.
- Complete bedroom checks after cleaning to ensure ready for guests arrivals.
- Manage laundry stock quantities and place orders.

This role is perfect for you if you are organised, love attention to detail, hardworking have a passion for cleanliness and service, speak good English and can manage people well.

Andover House Hotel is a family run hotel & restaurant with 27 en-suite rooms for adults only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
