Located in Hereford, Holmer Court Care Home is a 33 bed residential care home that provides care and support for loved ones.

Our home focuses on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents and their families feel supported and respected.

We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals who want to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support to join our already-established care team. Previous experience would be of an advantage.

To ensure we meet our residents individual needs we are increasing our staffing numbers and introducing an additional shift 12pm - 18.00 daily, this will be in place to assist with meals and fluids, transferring residents as per their personal care plan, accurate record-keeping, offering comfort, stimulation and support whilst maintaining residents privacy and dignity. ( there are two positions available, 24 hours & 18 hours per week).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
