**Responsibilities**
- Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth for our Emergency Care products.
- Managing capital sales cycles for high value products.
- Building successful sales strategies alongside the Marketing to increase brand awareness, selling capabilities and product performance.
- Providing consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports
- Conducting product demonstrations and training for a diverse group of stakeholders including but not limited to; Paramedics, Resuscitation Specialists, Key Opinion Leaders, Biomedical Engineers, Ambulance Vehicle Builders and Procurement professionals
- Attending sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.
- Meeting annual sales targets in addition to other key performance objectives

**What you need**
- Demonstrable success selling Technical or Medical capital sales equipment is desirable, although not essential
- Knowledge of cardiac resuscitation is desirable
- A track record of sales success
- A valid drivers’ license
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS personnel and private medical staff.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
- Proven ability to attain new business and perform against financial targets
