In order to help us continue with our growth and success we are looking for an enthusiastic Full Time Sales Negotiator based at our Ledbury Office, in Herefordshire. This position will have the potential of a succeeding career advancement in the future.
- Responsibilities to include: Conduct valuations, viewings and provide client feedback with updates on a regular basis. Generating new business and nurturing a reliable pipeline. Negotiating offers and help with progressing transactions through to completion. Register applicants and sellers, and booking in market appraisals. Assist with sales progression and some administrative duties. Any other duties that will involve bringing properties to the market to a high standard, to include in-depth video tours, photography and floor plans. Strong working knowledge of the industry would be an advantage. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. Flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity. Flexibility to go the extra mile for clients and helping colleagues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
