Group1 Bedford is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor.

**Your role**

A large part of the Bodyshop Advisor position involves:

- Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle repair orders.
- Maintaining and updating our customer database.
- Agreeing repair requirements with customers and arrange bookings into the bodyshop.
- Managing loan car use.
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies as required.
- Controlling credit on outstanding debts.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

**Your profile**

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
