My client, a recognised market leader within their field, have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Handover Specialists to join them. Based close to Chelmsford they sell luxury and bespoke Premium vehicles.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the sales team reporting directly to the sales manager
- Responsible for the final part of the customer service
- You will be the last point of contact with the customers as they collect their new vehicles
- ensure that the customer is familiar with their new vehicle, prior to driving it away
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrable Handover specialist
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working with sales teams
- Up to date knowledge of the automotive industry
- Able to form effective relationships with all levels and backgrounds within the business and with customers
- Able to facilitate the selling of vehicles to maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers
- High Integrity and approachable
- Strong Influencing and negotiating skills
**Package**:

- Salary £25K + Commission (OTE £50K)
- Pension
- Full time, Permanent
- Office based
- 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2),
Saturday 9am - 6pm, alternative Sundays 9am - 5pm)
