**WHAT WE DO**

Welcome to the Printworks Kitchen & Bar, part of Leeds City College. We are looking at expanding our friendly team at the Printworks and we have an opening available for a Front of House Deli Apprentice to join us. We are small team but extremely passionate about Food At the Printworks campus we have a restaurant with deli counter and bar. we are open during the week Monday to Friday serving Modern British food with international influences. From breakfast, brunch and lunch, we have you covered We provide high quality food and dining experiences to external and internal customers throughout the week. Aside from the usual day to day operations, we are available for private events and private dining and we host bi-monthly themed evenings, these are great events to test your skills and enhance your knowledge with the food and drink sector. We constantly strive for excellence, we provide a fantastic food service in a fabulous establishment and we always go the extra mile for our customers.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Part of a dynamic and small knit team who help run the catering provision at the Printworks Campus.
- Day to day operations include food preparation, barista service, food and beverage service, bookings / reservations.
- Be involved with events and private dining bookings, from bi-monthly themed nights to bespoke parties and bookings.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the business / brand standards with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.
- Perform activities to positively promote business / brand standards and identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve customer loyalty.
- Carefully handle payments, transactions, stock and packaging.
- Comply with legal requirements and health and safety.
- Demonstrate the ability and confidence to deputise for the line manager when necessary.
- Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship including the day release to college to support with the apprenticeship programme.
