**Responsibilities**:

- Process end-to-end payroll for diverse workforces, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain employee records, tax information, and other payroll-related data.
- Collaborate with clients & finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Respond to employee and client enquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Operator, with a strong understanding of payroll processing and regulations.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel for data management and analysis.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with sensitive financial data.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
- Organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Package**:
Salary for this role is based on experience and qualifications, ranging from £25,000 to £40,000 as a package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
