**Job Description**:
Our client in the Public Sector requires 5 X Rent Verification Assistants for G5 9XD. This attracts a pay rate of £11.51 per hour, Monday to Friday. These roles will be for between 4 - 6 weeks.
To provide an effective transactional service, including administering all Universal Credit claims through the landlord portal. This includes liaison with Innovation and Improvement staff and local housing staff on new claims to ensure that all housing costs are verified timeously and answering straight forward enquiries from housing staff on how the portal works where they are helping customers verify follow up claims.
**Must have competencies**:
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy in data processing- Work under pressure with minimum supervision- Good communication skills, able to be clear on the phone and in person- Self-aware and self-motivated showing personal involvement to provide an excellent customer experience- Ability to organise own workload to achieve priorities and objectives- Computer literate, with knowledge of PC based office management systems- Take responsibility for meeting deadlines- Flexibility and a willingness to respond to the dynamic and changing needs of our organisation- Adopt our 'Think Yes' customer ethos in dealing with both internal and external customers of the Wheatleys Group- Take personal pride in getting the job done- Excellent time management skills- Responds to challenges positively**Experience essential in the following**
- of undertaking work requiring a high level of attention to detail with accurate data processing skills- of demonstrating time management skills to ensure achievements of deadlines- of organising workload to achieve priorities and objectives- good administration skills- of working in a customer -focused role- Use of MS Excel- Numerate & literate- Knowledge of iWorld or proven track record of being able to use equivalent systems.
