Server/bartender

We are looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress/Bartender into our small, close knit team at The White Hart Hotel, Restaurant and bar. You'll be working alongside an excellent team in a family run business to help ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Take and serve drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
- Must be 18+
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
