Eccommerce Assistant

Here at** Derian House Children’s Hospice, **we have an exciting opportunity available for an eCommerce Assistant** **to join our team based in **Chorley. **You will join us on a **permanent **basis, working 37.5 hours per week, a flexible working pattern is required to include regular weekends. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£**23,400 - £25,000 **per annum.**

**Derian House Children’s Hospice** is proud to have been providing high-quality care to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions for the last 30 years.

The Derian House care team provides symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as short break respite care to children, young people and their families across Lancashire, South Cumbria and Greater Manchester. Supported by our dedicated community team, family support team, neonatal services and young people’s services we are able to provide a wide range of support and care in a variety of settings.

**About the eCommerce Assistant role**:
As part of the Retail team, the role will assist and co-ordinate the daily retail activities for our eCommerce platforms as requested to develop and deliver a high standard of customer service maximising sakles and profitability.

**What we’re looking for in our eCommerce Assistant**:

- A working knowledge of eBay and Facebook Marketplace
- Evidence of well-practised communication skils, both written and verbal
- Ability to record information in a concise, accurate and legible manner, as appropriate.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Proven ability of organization and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
