The hours would be split over 2 days a week
Food Hygiene level 2 would be an advantage but full training can be given.
Barista experience would be an advantage as you maybe needed to help within the beverage area.
Flexibility would be needed as working days may change and weekend work is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for catering events
- Follow recipes and ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Note: This position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the catering schedule.
