Senior Gardener

We are looking for a hands on Senior Maintenance Gardener to work in the Berkshire area. This role will be to take the lead in the maintenance side of the business by tending to, managing and scheduling the maintenance contracts, training & motivating staff, record keeping, keeping health & safety standards and liaising with customers.

Experience and plant knowledge is essential.

This role requires someone who can work at a quick pace while maintaining attention to detail.

Driving licence is essential.

You will be joining a small friendly team in a professionally run business with an ever-expanding client portfolio tending to residential gardens.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
