**A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an office based, Permanent Project Co-ordinator to join an organisation who have been a leader in the energy efficiency market for over 40 years with £45m turnover, 75 members of staff with customers nationwide serviced from newly refurbished offices in Finchampstead, Berkshire. Full and Thorough training will be given.**

You will report into the Exterior Contracting Team Leader and work with our in-house and sub-contracted teams, ensuring all planned work is profitable and the teams are working efficiently.

The role is office based, working with a supportive team who engage and collaborate, focusing on continuous improvement and servicing our customers to our high standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to lead the planning process in our contracting division, working in a fast-paced role within an interesting and agile environment.

**Duties will include;**
- **Planning - **scheduling and coordination of all in-house and sub-contractor Field Teams, ensuring SLA's are achieved and we continue to deliver a positive customer experience.
- **Customer Relations** - Having excellent customer service experience and skills, you will be supporting customers with any queries, delivering an exceptional service always.
- **Being a Team Player** - Support the team and provide cover when required.
- **Allocation** - Liaise with the Production Manager to coordinate site allocations
- **Building External Relationships **- Build relationships with sub-contractors, Surveyors and key customers.
- **Communication **- ensuring that you are updating the Office Manager on any issues raised and progress on site.

**Our benefits**:

- Excellent salary up to £35,000 per annum
