Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in **Shirley** who are looking to begin/ continue their careers as a Nursery Assistant.

The nursery is looking for **permanent** members of staff to work **full time** starting **immediately**

**To be successful you will need**:

- A minimum of a level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (**ESSENTIAL**)

**The key day-to-day tasks include**:

- Plan and prepare fun daily activities meeting the curriculum planning according to EYFS.
- Changing nappies or toileting, tidying room and cleaning equipment.
- To ensure all children are happy and well cared for and their individual needs are being met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues supporting the children in your group.
- Supporting children's behaviour and acting as a role model.
- Work according to the rota for the day.
