**About the role**
Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a **HS&E Coordinator **to join our Enabling Functions team based in **London** to cover maternity leave.

Within this role you'll assist projects/contracts with their HS&E governance responsibilities, contributing to Balfour Beatty’s journey towards Zero Harm by supporting HS&E campaigns, business improvement projects and knowledge sharing in collaboration with HS&E Central Team members.

**What you'll be doing**
As a **HS&E Coordinator** you will have the following accountabilities:

- Support delivery of UK Zero Harm Strategy, associated action plans and provide quarterly updates.
- Collate and update weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Utilise the findings from reporting data, assessments, surveys, incidents, external and internal audits to identify key trends.
- Assist with creation, updating and reviewing Office 365 HS&E Function pages
- Assist with maintenance, development and on-going usage of the HSES module of
the Project Portal.
- Assist the HS&E Projects Manager with the delivery of projects within the HS&E
Function.
- Create training materials/aids and deliver associated training where required.
- Support the HS&E Directors with preparation of reports and statistics for SHELT,
serious incident and other business meetings.

**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:

- Strong MS Office skills.
- Strong organisation skills and can prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility to be able to support others when needed.
- H&S knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
