We are looking for someone to join our Acute Therapy teams.
The role is to provide assistance to the therapy staff in organising and delivering efficient, effective patient care.
This post will include some clinical activity assisting the therapy staff with patient treatments, but is primarily involved in clerical and administration duties directly supporting the therapy team.
This post is based at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby working primarily on the acute medicine wards and in the therapy department.

We provide in-service training, CPD and appraisal.
The post is a permanent 37.5 hour per week contract and may suit someone who is already experienced in this area of rehabilitation or someone who is looking to start a career in the NHS.
This will include carrying out delegated clinical work with patients, administrative and clerical duties within the service area.

- Valid Full Diving Licence
- NVQ Level II in Health and Social Care
- Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English)
- Basic understanding of the post

Following consultation the Health and Social Care Act 2008 has been amended, which includes the provision that from 11th November 2021 all workers in CQC registered care homes are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a medical exemption applies. If appointed to a role which includes deployment to care homes you will be required to provide evidence of full vaccination or medical exemption in order to undertake the role. This evidence will be required post-appointment as part of the pre-employment check process. Please note that the requirement for full vaccination, or medical exemption, will be a requirement of the terms and conditions of service for staff deployed to care homes.
