Store Supervisor

**SHOP SUPERVISOR ,**

**Duties and Responsibilities ;**
- Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction.
- Lead the store when the owner is not available.
- Assist in maximizing sales, achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress
- To ensure effective stock management and stock control processes are carried out.
- To maintain housekeeping, merchandise presentation, stock replenishment and ticketing standards to the highest level
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the front of the shop
- Ensures store shelves are fully stacked, including the rearranging of shelves, the setting up of displays and the cleaning of the store and products.
- Ensures Customer service staff are trained in using the cash register.
- Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Customer service staff.
- Take Payments from the customers and pack goods.
- Set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
- Ensuring store displays are attractive and neat.
- Ensures that an accurate inventory record of finished goods is maintained.

**Salary: £ 28,000 Per Annum**

- In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise
- Enforcing in-store security, cleanliness, and health and safety procedures and regulations.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
