**Job Title**:Resourcing Administrator**

**Salary: £28,511 to £30,504 plus a Location allowance of £1,721. You will receive £28,511 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £30,504 will be via incremental progression.**

**Location**:Kilburn**

The Resourcing Admin role provides support to the HR Resourcing Team and is responsible for providing essential secretariat and administrative support, across our varied workstreams.

The role holder will be supporting the delivery of HR projects as set out in the People Strategy, which are led by the service lead for Resourcing; this will include scheduling meetings, circulating papers and tracking actions as well as attending meetings and taking minutes.

The role holder will also provide support to members of the team across a range of activity including: senior appointments, officer promotions activity, management of team mailboxes, budget tracking and providing a high level of administrative support for business as usual work within Resourcing.

A key part of this role will be liaising with private offices, staff and officers across all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for senior appointments; activity includes scheduling meetings and interviews, liaising with visitors, liaising with management board and their private offices to schedule meetings, arranging visitor passes and facilitating these visitors, providing a gold standard visitor experience,addressing associated queries as required.
- Preparation of recruitment documentation for senior appointments
- SPOC for arranging Psychometric testing, monitoring responses and ensuring tests are completed in a timelymanner..
- SPOC for Psychometric testing invoices, ensuring timely payment is made.
- Administrative support to promotions team contributing to the successful delivery of the promotions calendar
- Management of team trackers - recording project work, noting updates and raising risks appropriately
- Co-ordination/scheduling of team meetings
- Creating and maintaining a tracker for invoices, ensuring they can be cross-referenced against forecasted spend
- Management of the Resourcing teams annual leavetracker and maintaining and updating the Resourcing teams organisational chart
- Ordering of resources for assessments, including DNA/SMT testing kits
- Ordering of equipment required for assessment centres
- Overseeing management of equipment for assessment centres (laptop maintenance plans, etc)
- Invigilating for senior assessment centres and NPPF exams, as required.
- Ordering of IT equipment for new personnel across Resourcing
- Management of team mailbox, including distributing queries to appropriate team lead and sending required responses.
- Uploading documents for the Resourcing team to Box/Teams/Shared Drive
- Management of Resourcing conference facilities
- Project support for Resourcing team
- General admin duties - photocopying/printing/minute taking
- Daily contact with SSCL (third party supplier) to manage recruitment/promotion queries
