Highways & Infrastructure - St Austell - Site Agent - Permanent
**Your new company**
We have the opportunity to be working with a leading and well established construction company, operating out of the Southwest. They are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Site Agent to work on our highways projects. This is an exciting opportunityto work on challenging and dynamic projects, and to be part of a growing team of professionals.
**Your new role**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the site, including scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors and other staff
- Coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment to the site
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing regular updates on project progress to the Site Agent and Project Manager
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a similar role, working on highways projects
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- CSCS, SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid qualifications
