Finance Administration Assistant

Experienced finance administration assistant required for Kettering based contract hire and fleet management business. This is a part time, office-based role for 20 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Ensuring daily rental damage charges are correct and invoiced to customers
- Raising manual, ad-hoc invoices and credits for customers and suppliers
- Miscellaneous customer reporting (both for internal and customer use)
- Maintaining customer and supplier records, ensuring contact details and payment details are updated regularly
- Responding to customer and supplier invoicing and payment queries
- Other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time

**Skills and Competencies**
- A minimum of three years' general accounting experience
- Minimum of Grade A-C in GCSE Maths and English (or recognised equivalent)
- Competent user of MS Excel (comfortable with writing simple formulas and dealing with large volumes of data)
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner and excellent written English
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
