Master Data & Pricing Assistant
- Location Preston, full time_

What will you do?

The Master Data & Pricing Assistant will work alongside the Master Data and Pricing Team to provide support across the UK Business in all aspects of Customer & Product Master Data with additional Pricing Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities as a Master Data & Pricing Assistant:

- To create and maintain Customer, Product and Vendor Master Data
- Process set up and change requests via our Customer Support Department and Account Managers.- To assist the Pricing Department with the administration and pricing conditions to reduce Uninvoiced Tonnes and achieving Monthly Uninvoiced Targets
- To assist the Pricing Department in the administration of price lists and price list discounts for customers
- Enter, verify and maintain contract pricing for relevant customers within agreed time frame
- Process credit and debit notes as per the Company’s Authority Schedules
- Process Rebate & Commissions as per the Company’s Authority Schedules and within agreed time frame
- To implement a robust filing methodology ensuring all records are maintained and kept up-to-date
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as designated by the Pricing & Master Data Manager

Your CV shows:

- That you have a minimum 3 GCSE’s including Maths & English at Grade C or equivalent
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to form and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Office/Clerical Experience with good excel skills
- Data entry and interrogation experience
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Work with Windows Based IT Systems
