**Where you’ll fit**

You will be working mainly in the CaST (Care and Support Solutions) business unit, and the purpose of the role will be to work closely with other members of the test team, the development team, and other members of the company to ensure we deliver quality, robust software solutions.

**What you’ll do**
- Carry out risk based functional, regression, system, and integration testing as required to deliver safe and high-quality software releases.
- Work collaboratively to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered as planned.
- Utilise industry standard tools such as source control where appropriate.
- Ensure both internal and external communication is at a professional level.
- Gain knowledge of all our products
- Develop a knowledge of current test processes and best practice
- Continually develop personal knowledge of software testing skills and industry by making best use of the training resources available, including the internet, books, and the organisation’s training budget.

**Essential**

**Skills**
- Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce quality written documentation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, flexible, and cooperative.

**Experience**
- Has used and are familiar with, formulae and algorithms in Excel.

**Knowledge**
- Has an awareness of the importance and requirement for testing and its best practices.

**Desirable**

**Skills**
- Familiar with Security and Performance testing methodologies.

**Experience**
- Experience of testing complicated formulae in Excel.

**Knowledge**
- An awareness of testing processes and methodologies used in the company’s products and beyond.
- Knowledge about ISO 27001

**Education**
- ITSQB Certification
