Part Time Administrator

This an ideal opportunity for someone who would like a part time role. May suit someone with a young family who wishes to work within school times or for someone who is looking to shorten their working hours. The role is 2 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30 am - 2.30 p.m. Long term there will be further hours available by increasing the days but this is not in the short term.
The role will include, but not fully limited to:
- Answering the phone
Making appointment
Typing reports
Chasing client information
Use of the back office system
Social Media
Welcoming Clients
Internet research
This is will be an interesting role with no day ever the same. You will be working within a Financial Services company and although experience in this area is welcomed it is not essential. You will be working on a one to one basis with the company owner, as this is a small company.
You will be based in an office space but initial interview will be on a video call.

There will be every precaution taking with regards to Covid 19 as this is a small company then it will be important to ensure everyone is safe, so masks hand sanitiser will be vital. Testing may also be required.

Mask would be expected to worn. A lateral flow test taken any day of working, provided by employer. Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes available for surfaces. Take Covid very seriously.
