Mixologist and Bartender

We are looking for a front of house manager to join our team.

DUTIES
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes as well as classics
- Provide breakdown of cost for each cocktails and look to maximise profit
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Manage and monitor wastage
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- All beverage ordering
- Look into trends and adapt our drinks offering

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with restaurant and hospitality industry standards
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in bartending or mixology is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable about different types of beverages, have excellent customer service skills, and can work well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week

**Experience**:
