**Location - Walton Oaks, hybrid Office 3 days per week, Remote 2 days per week**

**Salary - £13.29 - £17.62 per hour depending on experience**

Our client is seeking a dedicated team member to provide professional administrative and operational support to their Rare Disease brands and marketing leadership colleagues. As a valued member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our department.

**Administrator responsibilities**
- Working with mínimal supervision, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Oversee the storage and inventory of marketing and patient materials as the primary stock owner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate re-ordering, booking in, and ensure compliance with re-certification and expiry dates.
- Process necessary documentation to support the implementation of commercial programs, such as free of charge schemes.
- Schedule and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, managing logistics such as hotels, meals, transport, and meeting materials.
- Provide support for new product launch training activities and congress.
- Raise and manage commercial purchase orders for Core and Growth Brands.
- Liaise and follow up with third-party contractors as needed.
- Assist designated Marketing Leadership with various tasks, including expense management, travel booking, photocopying, scanning, and dispatch of packages via courier.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within administrative functions throughout the department and contribute to their implementation.

**Requirements for role of Administrator**
- Proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Demonstrated administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work based on business needs and suggest new projects/procedures for improved efficiency.
- Self-motivated and proactive in achieving high-quality results within defined timeframes.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working within the Pharmaceutical Industry would be highly desirable.
- Competence with company computer systems, including ARIBA, SharePoint, P&TE, GroundScope, and WebEx could be very useful.
