**Job Description**:
The Safety engineering function in Ultra is responsible for developing and conducting tests to evaluate product safety levels, and recommend measures to reduce or eliminate hazards. It is responsible for safety predictions and suitability for integration into the product environment. They also recommend procedures for detection, prevention, and elimination of physical, chemical, or other product hazards. An individual at this grade leads large teams to input into the plans of the function. Will be responsible for implementing policy and ensuring delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the function or business.
