- Mentoring and developing Trinity Claims employees by participating in the development, delivery and evaluation of relevant systems training
- Devising and creating as well as managing the Role Specific Tech training for each department
- Assist with the Company’s Induction process and deliver systems induction training to new members of staff in a physical classroom environment once a month.
- In conjunction with Auditors and the Business Transformation Team, perform a skill gap analysis and identify material to be added to each of the role specific technical training modules.
- Prepare an e-learning modules
- Work on a daily basis with the Business Transformation team, to help understand software and process developments, changes and innovations with the Company’s use of software products and associated procedures ahead of when they are due to be rolled out to the teams.
- Ensure process/systems changes are communicated to all appropriate users and that technical guides and training materials are appropriately updated on the Company’s training portal.
- Regular maintenance of staff training records to track training attendance.
- Ensure a relevant level of specialist understanding with continuous development and learning
- Undertake any individual or team task in line with the company values

**Experience/Knowledge**:

- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Innate ability to vary approach and style as required to achieve best results
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritise workload to maximise effort according to business needs
