An unqualified staff member will receive a salary of between £25,500 and £31,000 (inc Apr 23 increase of 9%) per annum (average salary for a an unqualified staff member is currently circa £25,700) inclusive of allowances and bonus. Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker which attracts a salary of circa £27.5k inclusive of allowances & bonus which is easily achievable within 2 years
