Ict Technician

**Our client is seeking a 1st line ICT Technician to be based in their Hackney, London School.**

**The Role**:
The client is seeking an experienced ICT Technician (preferably with experience in a school environment) able to provide first class technical support for hardware, software, basic network management/administration, telephone systems, documentation, helpdeskand consumables.

**Experience Desired**:

- Experience of working in an IT support role within a school environment
- Office 2019, office 365, Windows 7/8/10 OS hands on experience
- Customer care experience, liaising with IT users using a helpdesk portal.
- Experience of installing and configuring computer hardware, telephones, printers, scanners and software.
- Experience of working in and supporting a VMware virtual environment
- Experience of using and administration of users in office 365
- Basic troubleshooting of Servers and server related hardware and software and escalating where necessary
- Troubleshooting and administration of Interactive whiteboard technologies such projectors, Interactive Whiteboards, Interactive Flat Panels
- Basic troubleshooting and Administration of Antivirus software such as McAfee
- Experience of Active Directory administration such as account and group creations both in Office 365 and AD
- Administration of Netsupport Classroom management and Netsupport DNA
- Experience of working on and operating an IT Service Desk and ticketing system
- Basic Administration and troubleshooting of Wifi systems and escalating where necessary
- Experience of using centrally managed MDM solution for managing and administration of mobile devices such ipads, phones, laptops, Chromebooks
- Take part in setting up Audio Visual equipment for events
- Knowledge of windows server 2012 & 2016
- Knowledge of windows networking TCP/IP
- Knowledge of software deployment and installation
