We are currently seeking a Commercial Boiler Engineer for our client based in Basildon, a commercial heating solutions manufacturer.

Your role as the Commercial Boiler Engineer is to carry out commissioning, servicing and repair of Industrial, commercial and domestic installations within Greater London.
On a day-to-day basis, you will commission service or repair equipment in line with manufacturer’s instructions and the prevailing regulations. You will also identify any risks regarding equipment and repair/report in accordance with Gas Safe regulations.

**Duties continued**:

- Inspect the site and equipment for suitability to commission, service and repair the installed equipment
- Establish the general on-going performance of equipment in advance of conducting a service
- Complete Engineers report, detailing the boilers suitability for the installation and submission to the Service Office
- Produce typed reports with accompanying photographic evidence
- Accurately record and order van stock
- Liaise with Service Office in relation to allocation of jobs

The successful Commercial Boiler Engineer will have extensive industry experience, along with good experience of commercial and domestic gas and oil boiler maintenance.
You will require a good understanding of on-site Health and Safety legislation and experience of associated controls and BMS (Building Management Systems) strategies

**Key skills and Qualifications for the Commercial Boiler Engineer**:

- ACS qualified in: CENWAT, CCN1, CPA1, CODNC01, TCP1 / TCP1A, BMP1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CCP1
- Engineering apprenticeship (desirable)
- LPG, OFTEC, CSCS, experience of renewables, G3 unvented hot water (desirable)
- Standard DBS check necessary
- Gas Safe registered
- Driving license is essential
