Our global IT client is revisioning how to go-to-market for the Protection Plan products and is looking for a Protection Plan Readiness Lead to drive this effort.
This is a unique role that will work across the company and partner ecosystem to rethink, re-imagine and lead into a new world where the **customer care provided by the Protection Plans is best in class**.
You will **project manage** and **manage partner deliverables** in the field, **educate and work hands on with partners**. Additionally, you will **support internal stakeholders**, namely the Partner Development Manager (PDM) community and the wider matrix organisation with the operations and priorities associated to the protection plan products.
You will be responsible for protection plan **product launches, updates, compliance** effectively enabling stakeholders and partners to offer the products while ensuring **outstanding customer and partner experience**.
This person must be **passionate about driving positive customer satisfaction outcomes**, **have strong business acumen and experience in process, project and operations management, understand the devices hardware industry and be highly motivated and action orientated.**
- Competency in cross group collaboration, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communications.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leaders.
- Operations field and equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to lead people and deliver product programmes effectively.
- Strong ability to identify and overcome business challenges.
- Experience of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMI Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.

This role is offered on a **PAYE** basis position on an initial contract **until 30th June 2023** paying **up to £273.00 per day** based on experience.

You will receive a **5% bonus** upon completion of the contract as well as and benefits such as paid annual leave, paid sick, bank holidays, notice period and pension.

This is a **hybrid** role which will likely require **some presence at our client's Reading office**.
