Head of Maths

**Maths Teacher - British Independent International School**

**Salary**:£40,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience

**Location**:Belgium

**Start**: August 2023

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Maths teachers to ensure high-quality education is delivered to all students
- Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that encourages academic excellence
- Develop and implement new and innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance the curriculum
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that the school's objectives and standards are met
- Establish and maintain relationships with parents, students, and other key stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Maths or a related field
- Experience teaching the IB is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with a focus on Maths
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
