Receptionist

**Temporary Receptionist Required**

**Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm**

**Rate of Pay: £11.95 Per Hour**

Are you flexible friendly, pro-active, confident, and organised. You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing and be able to prioritise your work and manage deadlines. It is important that you are able to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels and above all be able to work as a team member.

You will be required to carry out all duties with due regard to Health and Safety requirements and regulations, the Company's Equal Opportunities policies, Customer Care Policy, Best Value and Quality Assurance initiatives, and Corporate/Departmental aims, values and objectives.

Previous experience in a Receptionist role is essential.

**Main Duties are**:

- Meeting and greeting clients, keeping the reception area tidy, answering / forwarding and screening phone calls
- Greet visitors and directing them accordingly
- Allocating Room Bookings
- General Administrative work
- Good knowledge of IT particularly Word and Excel

To undertake any other duties that may be required that are commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post and, in the absence of the supervising officer, to deal with matters arising coming under the scope of the post.
